Parenting is the process of raising children and providing them with protection
and care in order to ensure their healthy development into adulthood.

Here are some do's and don'ts of parenting:

| Make them responsible in their age-appropriate ways. | Don't compare them with others. |
Before starting your parenting journey here are some ways to maintain healthy relations with your partner:

- Keep expectations realistic.
- Talk with each other, share your daily activities, listen genuinely.
- Be flexible.
- Be dependable and trust worthy.
- Be affirming, express warmth and affection.
- After a fight try to remain calm, focus on the current issue, take responsibility for your mistakes and figure out the solutions toghether.
- Most importantly Be Yourself.
